Amazon

How do you get people inspired to work somewhere?

  • When a company like Amazon approached us looking for help thinking through how they can attract new global talent across disciplines like software engineering, facilities management, and operations, we knew we were right for the job.

The campaign needed to be unique, bold, translatable, and globally relevant so we went straight to the heart of what inspires and drives most organizations: their people

Amazon began as a simple online bookstore and with time and great minds to support, they grew to be one of the most influential retail & tech companies in the world. What began as a bookstore quickly turned into a universally known household name.

Leveraging this insight, "We started as a bookstore. What will you become?" connects the Amazon brand journey back to where it started reminding both current and future employees that they too can grow and enhance their work and at-home life with Amazon.
