Account Strategist — Project Lead
The Account Strategist will assist the Lafayette American leadership team, overseeing key current and new business accounts with strategic thinking, creative vision and incredible organization.
This position reports to the agency President. That's right — the President.
Manage key client and new business accounts and support leadership team with daily workload.
Coordinate and manage all activities necessary to meet needs of assigned projects.
Maintain individual project budgets and think of ways to grow business opportunities.
Work with leadership team to develop goals and objectives for individual projects.
Collaborate with third-party partners to ensure plan aligns with strategic messaging and creative execution to achieve set goals and objectives.
Willingness and enthusiasm in an always-on environment.
Ensure all elements of program components are organized and stored for later use on all initiatives (decks, live content, analytics, reporting, etc.).
Represent Lafayette American and client relationships on production or at events when necessary.
Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in content marketing, publishing, digital media, social, etc.
Excellent in interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong desire to shape the future look of advertising.
Understanding of measurement and optimization preferred.
Expertise in digital media ad formats and targeting capabilities preferred.
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Adobe suite a bonus.
Knowledge/familiarity with Ad serving technologies / project management systems.
Openness to miscellaneous tasks as needs may vary from program to program.
