It seems like every billboard in town (ours and most likely yours) is occupied by the giant faces and loud promises of personal injury attorneys. So how do you cut through the noise to talk about a different kind of case – a case full of delicious pickles?

If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em. We cast Bob and Joe McClure (McClure’s Pickles co-founders) as “attorneys” in a fake legal services campaign – spanning OOH, radio, and TV – complete with a custom hotline that provided callers with a discount code, resulting in a substantial increase in online pickle sales for the company. Now that’s a victory we can all relish.
