Deel is a new one-stop digital platform that enables companies to onboard and manage talent in over 140 countries, fostering innovation and improving their bottom line. How could we generate awareness for this company that empowers HR professionals to effortlessly perform their jobs on a global scale?

Our insight was that HR professionals often feel like the "bad guys" who constantly say, "no, it's not possible." However, with Deel, HR can now confidently say "yes” and HR managers can hire, pay, and manage individuals from around the world like never before. So, we simply flipped the script.

We devised a global brand campaign titled "Bring the World to Work," which showcases the worldwide accessibility of Deel and the positive "yes" approach of its services. This high-impact and disruptive OOH campaign launched worldwide, appearing in subway stations and on giant billboards from New York City to Brazil to Singapore. The campaign knew no geographical limits, just like Deel itself.
